"Last Night"

Remember "last night" I said I would post a photo of my "green eggs and ham" omelet? Well, true to my word (or not) here it is.
Look at all that yummy ham and spinach. There was also some low-fat mozz. sprinkled on top once it was flipped.

    That looks yum... I may have an omelet for dinner, but i really suck at flipping them.
