In case you've always wondered...

I finally found out the ethnic background of Vin Diesel. I know, who cares? But for some reason I kind of did. I don't know why I didn't just imdb him any sooner, but I did today. Can anyone guess his ethnicity?

He is half African-American and half Italian-American! crazy I know. Also, I hope you appreciate the cheesy picture of him I found. Most of them were pics with his shirt off, and honestly I have to say that I find him awkwardly huge. so here is one that is maybe still awkward, but at least he has his shirt on.

Just to let you all know I get to be an aunt again! My brother and his wife just had their first baby! Evelyn Vie Watts 21 March 2009 20 Inches 7 Lbs 14 oz is my brand new niece! and guess what? in a couple weeks i get to be a new aunt again! hooray!

Spring Break Memories

Last week was Spring Break and I spent most of the week in sunny St. George with my besties. The first day we went to Las Vegas and had the time of our lives on top of the Stratosphere having the pants scared off of us. In St. George we got to go swimming, shopping, and hiking. Oh, and of course we stopped at In-N-out burger, which was fabulouso, and we also got to go to the Blue Bunny ice cream factory and had fresh ice cream which was absolutely delish. Probably the saddest part of the trip was when we drove into a cold and rainy Salt Lake. yeah, that was pretty sad.

the greatest blog ever may very well be sexy people. as far as i can tell people just send their horrible pics to blog for the world to see. and am i ever glad they did!

so much for saving

so, lately i've been doing this thing where (just about every week) i write down a list of stuff i want, or need, and then i buy them. it's a good system, for a millionaire, but a bad system for me because it's pretty much drained me. Last week i decided i can't do that anymore... except that there are two things left on my list: capris/shorts and flip flops. I felt like it would be okay to keep these things in a list in the back of my mind, because it's really too cold to be wearing either. so that was the plan.

I say was because when i logged onto jcrew today and found that the flip flops i knew i'd be getting somewhere down the road are now on sale, how could i pass this up? what if they ran out by the time i decided it was time to buy them? so of course i ordered them. but hey, they were only $12, so that's good right? but then to get free shipping i had to get something full price. so next week i will be the proud owner of new flip flops and lobster boxers.
